A very convenient & well monitored location. We come here often. Close to a variety of good cafes & restaurants! Thoughtful & competent staff…just really nice people. A very good value!

This property was the most clean I’ve ever been. The staff was super friendly. There was no air con by the moment I stay but it wasn’t even necessary. For this complain they gave me a 20%off without asking. Definitely I stay again.

Great budget option for Berkeley. Nothing fanciful about the exterior, but the room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Friendly and welcoming check-in.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bed and room were clean and comfortable, and the tower fan cooled the room well. The person at the front desk suggested a great takeout restaurant and was prepared with disposable utensils when I forgot to ask for them.

I got a great discount I wasn't expecting. Yay! The staff is wonderful. My priority is cleanliness, which is a 10. The bed was comfortable. The location is ideal for me and there is free parking.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the condition and cleanliness of the room. Though it is clear that this was an older property, the renovations are excellent and I felt that the room was very much of a standard higher than the price would have indicated.

I have never written a review for lodging before, but am happy for this opportunity to say how much I appreciated not only an ideal room-lovely, spotless, quiet--but the kindness of the staff person at the Front Desk. She not only remembered that I'd requested a room farthest from the street, but she thoughtfully called after giving me time to settle in to ask if everything was as expected and if I needed anything. Her warm professionalism made me feel so welcome. The location is near everything from coffee/food/boutiques to the beautiful Marina itself, and with plenty of residential housing next door, I felt plenty safe parking my car in the dedicated lot to going to and from my upstairs room at all hours when needed. Thank you for a perfect (perfect) stay.
